In the past I have had a good amount of experience with refrigerator repair nightmares with Sears.  I paid too much for someone to come and fix my leaking refrigerator for 3 min.  -- probably because big companies like Sears have big overhead.

I called Minneapolis and Saint Paul appliance repair, they answered the phone immediately.  Hmm, that's an impressive start....the technician actually answered the phone!   He told me that he was booked up for the day but he promised to do his best to fit me in his schedule for that day.  Less than 45 min. later, he called and told me that he was 20 minutes away from my house and he actually arrived 10 minutes later.

The final result was that my Maytag washer is working perfectly and now I have clean clothes for the weekend. And, last but not least, it’s nice to feel like I've paid a fair price for the great service!

Before, I've never even been able to remember which appliance repair company I used,  except for Sears because they are big company and very expensive as well.  That won't happen again!  The technician who fixed my washer was friendly and helpful guy who clearly cares about his customers!  I've found my future appliance repair company in Minneapolis and Saint Paul!!  It also feels great to support small local businesses. They definitely deserve 10 stars!!

To avoid pestering my apartment manager for my dishwasher problem, I decided to start washing the dishes for a while!  After three weeks of washing the dishes by hand I couldn’t handle it anymore...

I called Minneapolis and Saint Paul appliance repair after normal business hours. The technician was about to call it quits for the day, and he offered to come within an hour instead of the next day. He arrived on time as he promised. And he never sneered at the mess inside my dishwasher. Thirty minutes later the dishwasher was repaired. Much relief!

When we found a gas leak in our kitchen stove and going through another appliance repair company in Minneapolis which made a giant mess and then claimed that they couldn't find the leak and would have to install a completely new gas safety valve for $450+ we called Minneapolis and Saint Paul appliance repair.

The technician was very friendly, professional, experienced and completely dedicated to solving the problem, staying past his working hours when we finally found the source of the leak, he fixed it right away.

Excellent work, excellent price.
